some what if's

Excuse me speculating here but it is interesting.

The things we know......

FMG have withdrawn from their current arrangement with OBL.

OBL are challenging Backreef oil's right to sell their share of the derby block to BRU.

From company anns we know that at least one "super major" are interested should OBL gain 100% of Derby.

We also know that FMG still are interest in the Derby block.

Now we get to the what if's.......

What if OBL's case against Backreef oil was to succeed?

And what if OBL agreed to give consent allowing an appropriate party to acquire Backreef oils share of the Derby block?
