the SP was 2.6 cents a few days before FMG 15th nov ann, sp went to 4.6 that day and finished around 4.4 from memory (could be wrong), so a discount to the last traded price is not a done deal... FMG initally said yes to a 12% premium with the CR when the SP was 3 cents.
This may not end up as bad as i first thought.
if a reptuble company with a good standing in the oil & gas sector does come on board then the SP might get back to the high 4's in no time at all.
just my opinion ofcourse.
