    Why have two capital raising so close together?
    Why not just have one bigger one and be done with it wouldn't this save alot of money and doubling up on costs?
    It seems with listed Companies they have two businesses ,one actually being a business and the other the business of being listed. Im the first to admit i could be wrong on this issue so please somebody show me the errors in my thinking !
