The timeline of issues is that the first shares was done at 0.25c and 1c.Then a rights issue was done at 2.9c.Now another issue at 2.2c.The second issue at 2.9c was double what it should have been?Also directors buying into the higher priced issues is important for comfort.You can see what they are trying to achieve and don't mind backing them but at what price?
