FMS has built up a good working relationship with both FMS & RIO, and I wouldn?t be surprised if one of the 7 options to move the resource forward includes some sort of agreement with one of these two companies. As you would expect the company would of explored all possibilities.
In addition, FMS already has an agreement with FMG in relation to a FMS tenement, and there was previously discussion about RIO requesting FMS to prepare there reports in the same format as them
