In terms of fees, the Asset Manager is entitled to a base management fee of 0.55 percent of the amount of
gross asset value equal to or less than $1billion; plus 0.5 percent of the amount of gross asset value
between $1 and 1.5 billion; plus 0.45 percent of the amount of gross asset value above $1.5 billion.
On top of that, the Asset Manager can receive an acquisition fee of up to 1 percent of the purchase price
of a property for the Trust; a disposal fee of up to 1 percent of the sale price of a property for the Trust;
and a debt arrangement fee of up to 0.5 percent of the amount of any debt arranged to fund an acquisition.
