As for the sp fall, technically speaking it may find support around 90c ... if not it could test the March low of 83c which will have it sitting on or close to the weekly uptrend line going back to the Aug '07 low.

I'm also making a very rough guess that perhaps the downfall is related to end of year tax selling by fundies to assist their bottom line yearly performance figures.
