High vol accumulation at .004-.003 over the past few days. There may well be a significant announcement re Shenglong soon. If the directors can pull this off, then it's a game changer, thats for sure.
A no brainer spec at these prices. High risk? Doesn't get much higher, but....Upside versus downside...clear winner there! tic toc.....
