Directors' fees are $267,000 for the last financial year - it's like a super policy for each of them.

The management group are being paid - refer chart below -  $1,273,775.  

Shareholders since 2001 have seen the share price go from 20 cents to 5 cents.

This public company is not designed for shareholders - it's a gravy train for those on the inside employed.

In reality, the shares are worthless, as the share price is illiquid and untradeable.

So the structure of this ASX listing is protecting the directors and management lifestyle,  whilst the shareholders are really of no consequence.
