My point is if P&G don't go for BG the SP will unfortunately get hit. Most companies don't get a chance to do a CR at a 12 month high which is why I thought it must be a possibility for the company. You would be silly to think the company hasn't thought about it either.
OBJ is one of my largest holdings and in my opinion it would be smart to have a CR while our SP is close to a 12 month high.
