Sorry, it looks like I accidently hit the position button last post. I don't hold nor have I ever held stock in PHK.

Regardless my opinion remains the same. The company needs sales not roadshows, roadshows don't help sales. If they can't cut it profitability wise all the roadshows and capital raisings in the world won't do them any good.

Whose to say the share price would be in a different position if they had done an insto roadshow? It's doubtful there would be much institutional interest in such an illiquid micro-cap anyway.

If anticipated sales don't materialize and the company needs to come back to the market, then yeah management blew the opportunity to do it at a higher price, but either way you're going to get diluted and it is all moot if they can't turn profitability around.
