So, stocko are you suggesting you are instituting some sort of action because Palermo gave you investment advice?
Whatever you think of Palermo, he is not stupid. Why would a very experienced public company operator, accountant, auditor, justice of the peace etc give out investment advice over the phone, regarding his company to someone I presume he has not met?
