I don't want to doubt you but why would Papas put you at risk by disseminating confidential information to you, a shareholder, prior to the ASX? What use would it be? Please explain the logic. And what does that have to do with Palermo?
Also you should read your post again. It does not make sense. Why would Palermo pick up Stewart from the airport after 3 days of meetings? Surely he was dropping of at the airport? And you can get that sort of info from Palermo's secratary.
Raining, sorry i meant he was never a director of the public company, ie NGH or ATC. He apparently was (is?) a director of the HK subsidary that is 100% owned by ATC Oz. He is the only founder still there, with boyd leaving last year.
