It has been previously stated by LWP management. An objective is to have 50% of the issued shares in the hands of the top 20 shareholders.
Why is it happening now, four factors IMO
LSP taps a new larger market and is shaping up as a disruptor compared with sand
Independent testing results will prove up its advantages, and will probably lead to deals
Plan Bs objective is to minimise the risks of failure
Its a bargain. Comparing the LSP journey to a similar point in proving up the high strength proppant the share price was much higher ( .7c) IMO current SP is discounted to fundamental prospects. I see $0.01 as fair value today.
As a large investor that has completed serious due diligence, would you wait for the good news flow in the next few weeks to boost share price.
