If it wasn't management depending on who bought it will give a small cue
The timing of the announcement this morning just tells me it was prepared before that trade, and it was generic enough (yet mentioning strong interest in the tech) that they have done their job in terms of disclosure.
Something is up here, they are never that good with updates
