From GFC 2008, till now. Management have only milked the living out of shareholders without material contributable shareholder wealth creation. The only creation was options and shares they awarded themselves for their milking efforts?

Be it China, be it New Zealand companies. Visits, samples and promotions all have failed to advance the Wonorah project.

There need to be stronger direction, control and accountability to achieve the strategic objectives aligned with shareholders. Corporate Governance.

But crap, MAK Directors over the years have given themselves millions of shares, until, they now have a substantial percentage of the votes. 20%+.

Overall, I am still bullish for the agriculture sector, and still see some strength in company fundamentals despite the current share market panic.
