I would like to add several points to your message from technical analysis point of view:

1. At the opening the SP made a big gap with the opening of 51c what actually was not supported by a relatively large volume. For example, this jump of 8.5c was made with a ~1mln shares traded. For comparison at the end of the last week for the past 2 days over 2 mln shares were traded for the SP to cross a 40c resistance level and to move from 39c to 41c.

2. Next negative thing is that later the SP price moved even higher to 55c on very small volumes. This was a signal for day traders to dump the stock and relatively large retracement in the SP of up to ~20% was made.

3. The positive thing is that the SP was holding its new support level of 44-45c (previous resistance level) quite good.

4. Some consolidation is required under 50c to break this barrier.
