Like Tradersam said - the Riff Raff are getting cleared out. Brokers and their clients are reading and assessing the information out there and will make their decisions soon.
Once the relocation is over and productions starts even more long term holders will come on board and this willingness to sell at these current prices which I think are give away prices will cease.
My opinion is hold and wait for production and the possibility of other long term contracts coming on board.
