There a few factors here that people are considering Tomstrays.
Will QHL have the funds to do the relocation or will they go for a SPP or a debt facility? If it is a SPP then further dilution. If it is a SPP then that might signal that QHL thinks the SP is fair to overvalued, if debt then they consider it is undervalued.
Is the NSW Govt helping out with the relocation and if so how much are they providing as a business development oportunity for the state. It will be a great future facility for NSW and Australia.
Will QHL secure more contracts?
People who have held for a long time see this as an opportunity to get some cash back and are selling with the 12 month cap gain rule.
Personally I'm in for the long haul.
