I believe it's a combination of a larger holder, not State One (I have been in contact with them a little)
It is manipulation, no doubt about it, and it was happening at 40c for ages pre ann
Bernard also makes some good points about some LT holders hoping this ann was the 80c cash cow, hence the constant selling down
I believe it is nearing a bottom, and see the selling as irrational, and will continue to hold and certainly top up shortly
