    Volume today 23 million at 1.30 pm. This is the highest volume in 2 months. Each time Westpac purchased millions, the price went up and there was a significant shareholder announcement. My gut feel is someone is accumulating. Hopefully it is for a takeover. Last chance for a cashed up buyer.
