For the past 2 week someone has been accumulating. The trick has been to buy slowly or through cross trades to ensure that there are sellers at every cent. No big buy orders are made. But when sellers accumulate at the offer price all shares in the offer line are snapped up.

Fortunately sellers have dried up and the accumulater has to pay more and hence the SP is rising. The volumes have bee more than 20 million in the last 3 days. Today's volume has been low as there are no sellers panicking and selling because of the DOW falling.

Another long term contract announcement will spike the SP further. Hope to touch $2 by Christmas anyway. There is smell of takeover. Good luck.
