there is definitely someone accumulating these around the $1.04 level. 260k went through at this price today and there is still an unfilled order of around 60k left on the market.

I wonder if its the Macquarie small cap fund accumulating again. Looks at NMS today, same thing there today.

They already have just over a 5% holding, anyone know when Macquarie would have to announce to the market when their holding changes, ie is it every 1% change? So if they get to 6% do they need to annouce it?
