I understand what you are saying but why in the hell is the sp only at a level of 1.8c then???

This stock, based on your no problems scenario, should be closer to 6c,8c or even 10c.

Why is it sitting at a ridiculas, near record low of 1.8c if everything is going so well?

Extremely hard to understand if as you say "the plant will be built...technology's proven...and companies that are VERY interested in using it will be all over it...with $$$$$$$".
