    ...a few months ago we were on track for full operation in the 2nd half of 2013.
    ...a few months ago we had no leagal action pending from our largest and most supportive shareholder.
    ...a few months ago the SP touched 3.4c (16/01/13).

    I'm not really sure if we are "looking pretty good and light years ahead of where we was at a few months ago" !!!!!
