As long as the oppies are in the money a t/o won't hurt the oppie holders as there will be plenty of time to convert or, if we have a nice bidder, they even bid for the oppies as well directly.
Example: T / O bid heads 5c,
T / O bid oppies 2c,
Doesn't happen always but can remember having seen that 2 or 3 years ago.
If my example would become reality then the oppie holders would have done a great deal.
