    I cannot understand how a CVI share is only 19 cents. As far as I can see, it's all positive ie
    Diverse mineral and metal deposits
    PLUS
    Oil and Gas
    PLUS
    Option on oil refinery
    PLUS
    high profile Angolan participation to open doors
    PLUS
    $$$$$$$$$$$$1.1B

    Is there something I am not getting????
