    Yes indeed, negative sentiment for miners and energy companies now, but CTP missed many opportunities in the past in my view. Back in the days of high oil prices and more investment capital the company should have maintained its own drilling rig, as it planned, and been active in its tenements, not just rely on others (as ravi points out). Now the good days are gone and the company doesn't have a lot to show for it.
