The remaining 2.6 million that were left after 4.10pm were crossed at 5pm. so the whole 15 million were bought.
The possibilities are endless. For example, if sino has done a deal with mmx then maybe they agreed to sell their stake in mis to mmx at $5.30. But thats a guess. It could be anyone as buyer. But which mis s/holder had 11 million shares to sell? Cant be too many of them.
