So there are 2 applications put to DMR for the land lost in the concourt case,one by the Bengys who won the court case and one by Genorah/Other community.Who are the financial backers of the Bengys who won the case and how much clout do they have?Also what would happen if either party wins the prospecting rights?Can another court case follow? Also if we win the rights then would the Bengys who won the case have to just get on board with us as shareholders. It's just from where I am sitting it seems that we should have an upper hand in this.
