I am referring to the overall resource across Garatau and Tubatse.
Yes Genorah will have to give up a part of its shares to Beng and maybe Roka will be asking for more as well. I see no chance that DMR will give it all back to Genorah and it will be a split between the applying parties.
I do however expect NKP itself to have to give up something as part of the overall compromise and here I am looking at possible royalty payments as well as a smaller final share of the projects than under the 50/50 deal with Xstrata.
Even after any compromise solution, I expect NKP to remain the best PGM growth story and so am really hoping, expecting the SA government to force out a compromisse deal that will not compromise it as an investment desrination.
