It certainly does have that kind of smell about it caketin.
I like the business they are trying to build but i would question managements/directors decision making if they were to do another raising at these prices. They are after all supposed to be acting in the interest of shareholders and diluting current shareholders at a depressed price i would say is not acting in their best interest.
