My husband spoke to the company 2 weeks ago and there is NO cap raising in the wings , and they know not to raise below the last CR price or get shareholder backlash .
The companies has sufficient cash and bank support to fund an acquisition should the opportunity arise .
CCZ and UBS have been very large net sellers since the CR at 37c and must be getting near to running out of selling .
