Travel.com.au receives unsolicited approach

Sydney - Friday - September 28: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Travel.com.au Ltd (ASX:TVL), which is the subject of a cash-and-scrip
takeover bid by Webjet Ltd (ASX:WEB), today disclosed it had received an
unsolicited approach by a third party.
However, it gave no assurance that the party would proceed with
an offer for the company.
TVL said it would continue to comply with its obligations under
the implementation agreement with Webjet and would advise the market of
any further developments.
