Dear Rob As a CEO, I expect you to read and interpret posts. If you go into defensive mode, then you will not learn. As suggested, this is not the forum to air dirty washing. Call Redflow and arrange a meeting and keep doing do until you make an acceptable resolution. That is part or your job as CEO if a company. James is an employee I understand and clearly will support what you say. Redflow is a manufacturer and supplier and has a vested interest to resolve. I do encourage you to meet with a positive attitude and leave ego and arrogance at the door. I am an independent observer, and my observations are not clouded with history or ego.
