Presumably it would, however not practical.
There are 3.5 million notes issued.
Yesterday's trade was 43,000 notes.
ie less than 1/5 of 1 percent of issued.
Presumably if they tried to buy even a few percent, it would rapidly drive price towards face value, and defeat purpose.
I hope directors have more pressing issues on mind.
