It is common knowledge that CSM has designs on PMM be it via a merger or a takeover or whatever so you would expect that they would manipulate the market to get the desired result. When I say manipulate I don't se the term as having any illegal connatation.

You are absoutely correct in the observation that when someone with bucket loads of money gets involved all you can do is get swept in the current - that is the lot of a minority shareholder.
