Vote against the report to be tabled. If enough nay votes them becomes a strike 1. So easy for the board to stick out their hands and take more cash. But almost impossible for holders to sack them, rebuke them, assess them etc etc.
Hope jace and others get to the agm and rip them a new a-hole. Better still, secretly record the proceeds and post elsewhere so others can hear. Not everyone can attend - and if the board wants to be transparent, then they should broadcast live. We have asked this for years and each year they say wait till the following year. That attitude is highly indicative of their general beliefs and attitudes to holders. Maybe time to ping them again to stream the proceedings? Afer all they have 3-4 months to organise that and a damn sight cheaper than a roadshow to nowhere...
Really keen on a strike 1. And doubt would affect the sp anyway since a heap of fundamentals probably not even factored in. My beef is with the board.
