Id nectars 250million is on the mark that will be a 10% dilution for all. Only take Hanglong down to under 18%. I'm wondering if it could be significantly more than 250million. 500 million @ 40c would give a investor a 20% stake and take Hanglongs down considerably under that. And the 500 million is part of a partnership deal. I have something in the back of my mind about an recent interview with GJ regarding a figure of 250million$ needed.
