If I bought BBI shares now (say at 0.042) and after the Capital distribution, my true cost will only be 0.002 per share. Does my share rank equal to shares converted from EPS etc? Though BBI security % is very minimal (2%), won't they be benefited equally from the future growth (if it survive to grow) of BBI as well as any other security?
The reason I ask this Q is that in the Grant Samuel report, it states "existing security holders will have little exposure to future BBI upside"
I appreciate someone clarify.
