Current directors increasing their voting interest? The requisitioning shareholder (Evo Fund) looking for greater leverage. The Requisitioned Meeting is more than a month away, but it will surely be an interesting month. With control of the company likely to be closely contested, a few extra shares/votes could make a difference one way or another. A contest for shares/votes will only help PYM shares to appreciate.
