I think there is an announcement coming. the other important thing is that the last couple of shares total some 200m at the .7 and .8 range. there hasnt been an large turnovers for these to get out of. If they are selling, then it would below the sale price except for the last lost at .069c.
As to the lack of news there was an article regarding ASIC reviewing companys that make announcements for the sake just to see a price blip. This could explain the lack of any announcements for the last 6 months.
Whether, it is that i own the stock and it is wishful thinking, but I do believe they have turn around and possibly found a profitable niche. Also it depends on how much that got for MTD (accounts did say much apart from it is deferred) and how much for Airworks.
Again no further cash calls by issuing shares - cash flow positve.
