I certainly encourage an alternative point of view however i will continue to question the criticism of management, particularly where i feel the comments lack substance.
Im sure all are aware that it takes considerable time to develop other projects - and management are taking condsiderable steps to pursue these (see Kukerin)
With regards to "having the power to launch TO bids by script (when the SP of DOM was $6)" you are talking about a very small window of time (possibly a month in total), far too short a period to perform adequate due dilligence on any potential projects.
I for one applaud management, both past and present, for their conservative approach towards building long-term shareholder value.
They are continually looking for opportunities both within their existing portfolio and through acquisition and with Shellabar's background are ideally placed to do so.
I think all are in agreement that at close to $3 DOM is exceptional value.
