Another Mongolian coal player has mentioned the drilling season 'ending in November'; I don't think they were specific about when in Nov, and it probably varies with location, but that leaves a fair while for more infill drilling. Could be the SGS lab coal analysis is a factor in what larger players will pay for a stake, given that drilling to date has produced some stunning thick, apparently high-quality intercepts. All sorts of things incl others not mentioned are probably in the mix with CEO not necessarily able to control timing precisely. Just a thought.
