Yes, but if you look at the actual trading history today, there appears to be a lot of blatant manipulation, with many very small trades. Only 12/133 or 9% were for <$5000. A similar pattern is evident for some months now....
I wonder whether this might indicate a concerted plan of slow accumulation?
