Who said I sold? I also watch very closely and I do not use a stop loss position precisely to avoid this hazard. I actually bought 3 times during the last few weeks - unfortunately not all at the lowest trough. I agree that manipulation is a reality, and yes it has to be factored in, just like any other predator or pestilence, but it is seeing the mum and dad investors - and I am one - getting screwed over by the T-Rex's that make me angry. Just because the stock market is a "free" market does not mean it should condone or accept underhand dealing and mugging of the small and defenceless. The Vikings could have used the same arguments to justify their rape and pillage. A free market does not require that the law of the jungle justifies any winning tactic or that mugging should be accepted as appropriate behaviour.
