Garry consider this. This price for the IP is not going to be higher than what HGR original paid for it. Divide that by about 700M shares and what price do you get? Nothing higher than .004. Any take over can not stay hidden forever and as soon as it is know the SP will go a lot higher than .004. Thus if you wanted the product it would be far far cheaper to buy the IP outright.
Now the facts the IP is nowhere near what it was worth almost 4 years ago. It has a shelf life of only 5 years left. It distribution infrasture has been gutted. It good will destroyed. Half of its patents are already copied and unchallenged. It no longer has any sales which is the very crux of how IP value is determined, so its book value is almost zero. So why would any one pay such a huge premium at a huge risk through a back door take over. The front door is wide open, no one is home and IP is just sitting there.
If the top 20 is ann and no one has anything higher than 10% that will settle it.
