I think rochy is talking about the shares. The bid is at 5 cents and only 4,300 shares deep. If the seller wants to dump more than that, he will cross the bid at 4.1 cents which is when rochy will strike.
But essentially if someone wanted to get out now they wouldn't be able to as there would be no market...
