I'm not sure any of us should anticipate a dividend just yet. AED still have significant accumulated losses (per half year 25m). Depends on what gain they made on the assets sold to JV and how priofitable they are in their day to day operations.
I'd be looking for positive cashflows to be spent in short term on maximising hydrocarbon extraction to the 15-20k barrels per day.
