Someone is thinking there is some arbitrage between what the sp is and what cash is likey to be left after the legal suits.
It can't be BEL or KBC who both own just under 20% each already and would need to make a TO offer.
A TO offer by directors could be on the cards if management thought MPO's legal obligations are overplayed.
